Corporate Maldives Academy (CMA) to Commence Training’s in 2018

Corporate Maldives Academy (CMA) has announced that they are to officially commence their training’s as early as January 2018.

CMA was registered with the aim of addressing a serious problem for the corporate sector of Maldives- the absence of a reliable platform for providing continuous training and growth to employees. Options for employers to provide training to employees locally are quite minimal, making provision of training to employees in a sustainable manner a costly affair as they have to resort to overseas training providers.

CMA has amassed an extensive network of global training providers, experts and local trainers who are confident of delivering CMA standard of services as per their client’s requirements.

At CMA, they strive to excel in their quality of service. Their motto “Excellence – Nothing Else” is meant to serve as an inspiration to provide a world-class service to their clients. Their target segments would range from large corporate entities, state institutions as well as small startups.

According to Corporate Maldives Academy, a Marketing Forum, Chief Financial Officers (CFO) Forum as well as an HR Forum has been scheduled for a later date in 2018.

CMA’s major focus is set on organizations training’s that can be conducted in-house depending on their needs and requirements. CMA will also focus on public training’s which will be open to anyone interested in improving the skill of working individuals while facilitating professional development. CMA is uniquely equipped with technical expertise in various fields and will provide technical and business consultancy services to resorts, corporate entities as well as government organizations.
