Transparency Maldives is organizing the 2nd Human Rights Conference in December 2017. Our main theme for this year will be the ‘Impact of Violent Crime on Right to Life and Dignity’. We invite human rights activists, legal professionals, state and non-state actors working within the criminal justice system, university students, lecturers, religious scholars or anyone impacted by violent crime to be part of this conference and work towards creating a civil society declaration calling for the sanctity of the right to life.
