Dubai has arrested a Maldivian man attempting to smuggle illegal drugs from the Emirate city to the Maldives.
Maldives Police Service stated Wednesday that the 40 year old man was arrested in a joint operation conducted with the Dubai police force, who are currently investigating the case.
Police are yet to disclose the man’s profile and the amount of drugs seized.
