Bank of Maldives (BML) will resume card collection services via pre-booked appointments at Customer Service Center (CSC) from 1st June onwards.

In a press statement released by the bank, they have stated that they will serve only 300 customers per day for card collection to ensure services are provided in line with social distancing and safety measures set by Health Protection Agency (HPA).

During the first two weeks of June, CSC will be open on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 9:30 am to 2:00 pm. Appointments can be made one day before each working day.

BML has instructed to message name, address, ID card number, and the keyword for branch/service center to 455, to make appointments. BML has also noted that each information should be typed in a new line.

Example:

H. XXXXXXX (Current Address)

BML will be providing delivery services of cards to its elderly customers and people who are at higher risk of getting severely sick due to COVID-19, as an added precautionary measure.

BML stated that when visiting CSC, customers are required to wear a mask, bring own pen, use hand sanitizers placed in CSC, and to observe strict social distancing.
