Two expatriate workers have been gravely injured after falling from the twelfth storey of a building under construction in reclaimed suburb Hulhumale.
According to Aasandha Company, which operates Hulhumale Hospital, the incident took place Wednesday afternoon at a building being developed by Amin Construction.
The condition of one of the expats is “very serious”, said Aasandha.
The two expats, an Indian and a Bangladeshi, are currently being treated at Hulhumale Hospital.
It is yet unclear how the incident occurred or the extent of their injuries.
