The Ministry of Tourism has extended an invitation for interested investors to bid to develop a tourist hotel in Haa Alifu Kelaa.
The announcement published on gazette requests for eligible investors, local and foreign alike to submit their interest to develop a plot of 864,414 Square Feet of land and allocated lagoon area as a tourist hotel in Kelaa. Interested parties are expected to submit proposals by 1000 HRS on 17th December 2020, Thursday.
An information session regarding the bid will be held virtually via ZOOM at 1300 HRS on 26th November 2020, Thursday. To join the information session, participants are expected to email their name and address to [email protected]
