Housing Development Corporation has announced that units in Hiyaa Commercial will be leased for provisional uses in Hulhumale’ Phase 2.
HDC is seeking potential and competent parties to submit proposals for the lease of units for the provision of a pharmacy, cafeteria, clinic, grocery store and supermarket in Hiyaa Commercial in Hulhumale’ Phase 2.
Units identified by HDC for the lease of provision are as follows:
The pre-proposal meeting is scheduled to be conducted via Zoom on 30th December 2020, 1300hrs.
Interested parties are requested to submit proposals to HDC before 21st January 2021, Thursday, 12:00hrs..
The Hiyaa project consisting of 16 towers will feature 20 flats per floor. It is expected that the flats will house over 40,000 people. Over 25,000 people applied to purchase flats from the Hiyaa project.
