Housing Development Corporation (HDC) has signed a contract with Rainbow Mega Developers for the development of the infrastructure projects under “Mixed Residential Development” in Hulhumale’.
In a signing ceremony held yesterday at HDC, the agreement was signed on behalf of Rainbow Mega Developers by its Director Mazin Ibrahim Rafiq, and by HDC’s Managing Director Shuhail Ahmed.
Specialized in midrange housing, a total of 162 housing units will be developed under these projects. Rainbow Mega Developers is a joint venture between Rainbow Construction Pvt Ltd and Mega Infra Projects Pvt Ltd.
According to Rainbow Construction’s Director Mazin, despite being classified as midrange housing, luxury property facilities such as swimming pool and gym facilities will be available as part of the projects, which is set to be completed within 24 months.
