Dhiraagu, the leading telecommunications provider in Maldives unveiled brand new Postpaid packages at an event held in National Art Gallery on 31st September. “Just set your data – The rest is on us” Postpaid packages are innovatory and allows customers to choose a data plan for themselves and other services are provided free of charge.
For 2GB and 5GB packages, calls and SMS to Dhiraagu numbers are completely free while 300 minutes of calls to other networks and all SMS are free. For 10GB and 20GB packages calls and SMS to all numbers including that of other networks.
For all packages, usage of data for Social Apps and other important Apps such as Viber, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Dhiraagu App, Dhiraagu Pay, Bank of Maldives App, Salaath Mv, QueueBee App and Maldives Flight Schedule website is also free up to 3GB of usage. Additionally, 50% reduction on IDD calls made to 3 countries is also offered to all customers who choose the packages.
In case the data amount chosen by customers is not sufficient, there are easy options to reload and boost their data. Once the data allowance is reached, only the speed will be reduced but no additional charge will be incurred by customers unless they chose to boost the package.
These new Postpaid packages will be available for Dhiraagu customers at 2GB for MVR 350, 5GB for MVR 550, 10GB for MVR 750 and 20GB at MVR 1000. Customers have the option of paying as a Pure Postpaid package or as a Hybrid package. In Hybrid option, cutomers can choose to pay the line connection amount each month and reload the amount of data they require when needed.
In order to create these packages, extensive research was done on the requirements of customers, therefore the packages have been fashioned with the customers’ best interest in mind.
