Precautionary safety measures will continue to be followed as per the guidance of the authorities, said the hotel group. In this regard, employees are trained to maintain communication in a way that will enable less person-to-person contact, and hygienic measures will be strictly followed. Social distancing will also be practiced. The company has facilitated online check-in and check-out and payments. Once the resorts resume its operations, the rooms will be disinfected and cleaned after checkout, and the luggage will be disinfected at the time of checkout.
