Structural work on the K-Park Residence, a luxury Korean-style mixed-use residence under development at Hulhumale’ is now complete, reports one of the contractors – Korean developer, Hanbo Company.
K-Park Residence is being developed on Hulhumale’ plot 10906.
The project, a 14-story building comprising of 110 luxury apartments, was launched in November 20, 2016.
The contractors – Korean developer, Hanbo Company and Hong Kong contractor Shijia Group laid the foundation for the apartment complex in August 2018. And the companies report the structural work is now complete.
K-Park Residencies will have 11 three-bedroom apartments, 22 2+1 bedroom apartments and 77 3+1 bedroom apartments in four ranges. They are:
- 1,276.4-sqft three-bedroom apartments
- 1,522-sqft three + one-bedroom apartments
- 1,307.1-sqft two + one-bedroom apartments
- 1,484.7-sqft two + one-bedroom apartments
K-Park Residencies is located near the Central Park, and offers tenants with amenities including a swimming pool, cafeteria and children’s play area. The apartments come fully furnished with items such as wardrobes, TVs, washing machines, refrigerator, smart oven, and kitchen cabinet.
The building will have self-solar generation systems for public electric consumption.
K-Park Residencies is one of the speediest luxury real estate projects underway in Hulhumale’ at the moment.
