Pilates pays off! P.E Nation’s Pip Edwards flaunts her impressive washboard abs in a series of bright bikinis during Maldives getaway
And P.E Nation’s co-founder Pip Edwards looked every inch the fitness mogul while on holiday in the Maldives this week.
Trading her Lycra leggings and crop tops for colourful bikinis, the 38-year-old flaunted her strong frame and washboard abs as she enjoyed the idyllic location.
Pip clearly works hard for her impressive figure, which she happily showed off in a series of photos with her 139k followers.
She has credited Pilates for her flat stomach and toned frame in the past, noting that she incorporates the practice into her day-to-day routine.
Pip previously told Daily Mail Australia it was her favourite form of exercise: ‘I do a different mix of Pilates basically. It’s pretty much it. Performer, barre, mat.’
‘Pilates has been my absolute strength and I live for it every day. I think a strong core and your posture also gives you that empowerment to take on each day,’ Pip also told News.com.au last year.
Not keeping her love for exercise a secret, she also claimed it was her ‘secret weapon’ to Women’s Health.
‘Pilates is everything to me. Breathing, having a conscious mind, and focusing on my feminine grace to empower me has really changed my mindset and my body. Pilates gives you a strong core – it builds a strong body from the inside out. It’s a great secret weapon,’ Pip said in the chat.
While on holiday, her sculptured arms, trim pins and svelte waist have also been on display as she soaks up the sunshine.
Pip, who enjoys a mostly-vegetarian diet, hasn’t taken a break from working out while away from her Bondi-base in Sydney.
She’s posted videos and photos on Instagram in the resort’s gym and also practising Pilates and yoga on mats outside with a view.
P.E Nation, founding by Pip and business partner Claire Tregoning, has garnered a large celebrity following since launching in 2016.
The likes of Kylie Jenner, Khloe Kardashian, Hailey Baldwin, Bella Hadid and Olivia Palermo have sported the fashionable wears in the past.
In 2017, Pip told New.com.au that it was a thrill to see reality heavyweights such as the Kardashian-Jenner family, donning their funky crop-tops, hoodies and leggings on social media.
‘We still high-five when we see the Kardashians (wearing the brand). They’re such a powerful family,’ she said at the time.
