The MP for Isdhoo constituency, Ahmed Rasheed Ibrahim, and the MP for Bilehdhoo constituency, Ahmed Mubeen has signed to Jumhoory Party (JP).

At a ceremony held at the JP Office today, the Speaker of the Parliament and the JP Leader, Qasim Ibrahim, accepted the membership form for the party.

MP Mubeen got elected to the Parliament on the JP ticket in the latest Parliament election before leaving the party and joining PPM.

Speaking at the ceremony today, Qasim Ibrahim, said that with the two MPs joining the party, he hopes that other MPs will also continue to join the JP.

After the signing, MP Ahmed Rasheed said that every party works for the betterment of the people and he joined JP because it has the most effective leader of a political party, Qasim Ibrahim.

MP Mubeen said that he would always work for the benefit of the people and his constituents accept the success of JP as a political party.
