John Terry has been mercilessly trolled by his social media following after the dad posted a ‘cringe-worthy’ snap from his recent family vacation.

The ex England footballer, 37, and wife Toni, 36, celebrated their 11 year anniversary by jetting off to the Maldives with their two children.

To mark the special occasion, the Terry clan posed up a storm in their matchy-matchy swimwear which came in an eye-popping print.

Flaunting his stuff on the beach, John gave it his best ‘Blue Steel’ as he smoldered for the camera behind a pair of mirrored aviator sunglasses.

Wife Toni flashed a peace sign as she showed off her washboard abs in her bikini, that was styled in the same pineapple print as John’s summery shirt and shorts.

While kids Georgie and Summer took centre stage in their equally bright suits.

Taking to the Instagram comments, some fans claimed to be startled by John’s tropical shirt: “You’re blending in with the trees, I can barely see you there John,” said one.

“Looks like you guys are about to drop a mixtape,” chimed in another

While another simply asked: “JT what are you wearing?”

Undeterred by the barrage of comments, Toni shared the beachside snap with her social media followers too.

“Happy anniversary John Terry,” she wrote. “So special waking up on our special day Coco Prive Private Island.

“11 years Mrs T and I still fancy you.” she added, before commenting she was ‘loving’ their matching Thomas Royal swimwear.

Mum Toni then shared a pic of her smooching the Chelsea legend on their wedding day in 2007.

The childhood sweethearts married at Blenheim Place in June 2007.

Speaking to the Sun about their relationship, Toni said John was earning just £48 as a Chelsea apprenticeship when they first met.

“We hit it off straight away and I thought he was very nice. I had no idea he was a footballer to start with until I began seeing him on the TV.

“We started going out for dinners. I would always pay because he didn’t have much money. He would come and pick me up in his tiny, blue Citroën Saxo. It was a simple life,” she said.
